Engineers at Burlodge have been commended for their work in supporting the NHS through the COVID-19 pandemic in “often difficult circumstances”.
Based at C60 Barwell Business Park, Burlodge provides and maintains hi-tech food trollies to ensure efficiency and quality of meals.
The company said: “Burlodge is extremely proud of our engineering team who, through the pandemic, have worked very hard in often difficult circumstances to maintain NHS Patient Catering equipment.
“Burlodge engineers, with the correct precautions and wearing the appropriate PPE, continue to support hospitals and care homes across the UK.
“The nation will be forever grateful to all of the NHS heroes on the front line and also those who provide the important service to ensure our patients are well nourished and hydrated.
