CANYON BICYCLES EXPANDS TEAM AT BARWELL BUSINESS PARK

It’s been a great start to the new year for Canyon Bicycles with an expanding team at Chessington and a new range of e-bikes soon to be released to the global market.

The world-leading manufacturer of road, mountain, triathlon, urban and fitness bikes, is in the process of recruiting a Pre-Sales and Customer Service Agent for its operations at Barwell Business Park.

Based at unit 72, the Pre-Sales and Customer Service team is the first point of contact for Canyon consumers and pivotal to the company’s vision “to grow the Canyon brand in the UK” as “providing great customer service is the most important part of our plans”.

Its website states: “The Canyon operation in the UK was set up in 2012 to provide sales, marketing, technical service and customer support to the UK market. A significant part of this is a service centre to handle customer enquiries at all stages of the sales process. As an online-only business, providing the best possible customer service experience is integral to our business.

“We have an expanding and dedicated team in the UK and are looking to develop this further through addition of a number of key staff appointments.”

On 2 February, Canyon is relaunching its new range of electric mountain bikes now powered by a powerful Shimano EP8 motor.
