Longstanding Barwell occupier Sunrise Software has gone to lengths to support communities across the UK, from care homes to councils, through the 2020 lockdowns and  restrictions.

Sunrise, which has been based at Barwell Business Park for more than a quarter of a century, rolled out a new ITSM service for Moray Council which enabled resources to be planned ahead of time to “continue to deliver lifeline services to Moray’s residents”.

Community Integrated Care (CIC), which runs care homes, has also benefited from Sunrise ITSM software by implementing two years-worth of changes in six months enabling a 16-fold increase in broadband capacity to support workers and residents.
