16 Nov Chessington Business Expo 2022 a great success!

The Barwell Business Park team enjoyed meeting visitors at the Chessington Business Expo 2022 and spreading the news about the business recruitment and skills breakfast this month.

The FREE Barwell Business Breakfast: Recruitment & Skills, in partnership with Kingston Chamber of Commerce, is taking place on Tuesday, 22 November. Running from 8.30am to 10am at Unit 50, the networking breakfast will include information sharing on how businesses based in Kingston can continue to attract great employees as well as discussion around the skills needed for the borough’s future workforce.

At the Expo, it was great to catch up with Barwell occupier, United Business Group, who had a stand in the Green Zone which focused on sustainability.

And congratulations to Dash the Trash (left) and Paint Party Social Club (right) who won the champagne prize draw.

The Expo was held at Chessington School on 26 October with the theme Getting Down to Business – putting business needs first and providing solutions for business growth. It attracted interest from businesses of all sizes from across the borough and beyond into neighbouring areas.

The Expo was free to attend and included over 40 exhibitors, a networking breakfast, business seminars, the Green Zone and speed networking sessions.
