Best of Barwell promoted at Chessington business expo
The prime business exhibition for the south of the borough featured a showcase of Barwell Business Park.
Exhibiting at last month’s Chessington Expo, Aviva Investors outlined the diverse range of industrial, warehouse and business units at Barwell.
Colin Lawrence-Waterhouse, Asset Manager at Aviva Investors, represented Barwell at the Expo, and said: “The Chessington Expo is an excellent event that enables us to present Barwell’s opportunities whilst bringing the local business community together.”
“We always see a couple of Barwell businesses there but Kingston Chamber of Commerce are very keen to work more closely with us, and to encourage more occupiers to showcase their businesses.”
The event took place at Chessington School, with other exhibitors also including Bridger Bell, who are joint letting agents on Barwell and Karbon Kinetics / Gocycle, located on the park.
After the event, Gocycle tweeted: “We had an excellent day showcasing our Gocycle range at the Kingston Chamber of Commerce Chessington Business Expo – it was brilliant to meet so many local businesses, great event!”
Bridger Bell won Kingston Chamber of Commerce’s best stand prize; wine tasting with Laithwaites. Gocycle treated delegates to trials of its pioneering e-bikes.
