Colour of the Year takes centre stage at The White House

The White House has embraced the ‘Pantone Colour of the Year 2024’ in its range of elegant products.

The colour, PANTONE 13-1023 Peach Fuzz, “captures our desire to nurture ourselves and others,” The White House said, adding: “It’s a velvety gentle peach tone whose all-embracing spirit enriches mind, body, and soul.”

Items for the dining area, bedroom and bathroom are all available from the luxury provider which specialises in the finest bespoke linens, towelling, porcelain, silver and crystal.

When choosing dinnerware, “a combination of peach and gold or silver accents can contribute to a luxurious aesthetic,” says The White House. “Using peach colour in the dining area can create a warm, inviting, and visually appealing space.”

Meanwhile, in the bedroom: “The soft and muted tones of peach create a welcoming atmosphere. Consider using peach for wall colours, bedding, or accent decor to add a touch of elegance and a hint of playfulness to the bedroom.

“Pairing peach with neutral tones such as white, beige, or soft grey can create a balanced and visually appealing aesthetic.

“Additionally, complementing peach with natural materials and textures like wood or woven elements can enhance the overall cosy and inviting feel of the bedroom.”

Adding peach to a bathroom, “can bring a sense of warmth, softness, and a touch of sophistication. Peach is a versatile colour that can work well in various styles, from modern to traditional.”
