Coughlans trailblazes vegan bakery products

Coughlans were rolling out even more vegan products as 2022 got underway as part of Veganuary, the awareness month focusing on food without animal products.

A Black Forest gateau, cupcakes, a custard Danish, sauteed leek “sausage” roll, “meatball” marinara sourdough toastie and “cream” cakes are among the recent additions.

The family bakery also received a mention in Hello magazine after A Place in the Sun presenter, Jasmine Harman, revealed she bought a vegan Wellington from Coughlans for Christmas dinner.
