HEALTH AND EXERCISE TIPS ON OFFER FROM BARWELL COMPANIES DURING LOCKDOWN

Barwell business are taking to their websites and social media to connect with, and inspire, customers and clients through lockdown.

Fulham FC Foundation, in partnership with Fulham FC, has launched its ‘Stay Home, Stay Fulham Fit’ challenge featuring physical and mental wellbeing practices, as well as educational activities for young people.

This includes challenges from the Foundations coachs and CEO Mike McSweeney using cans and a staircase for a workout.

They are also running a befriending telephone service for the elderly and vulnerable, where staff check-in with participants and Fulham supporters on a regular basis. Visit the website for more. 

Third-generation family bakery Coughlans has been keeping in touch with its customers through Twitter (@CoughlansBakery) and Instagram (coughlansbakery), and sharing recipes such as homemade oatmilk and vegan spaghetti Bolognese. Coughlans has also begun to reopen its shops although a date for Barwell has yet to be announced.
