22 Sep Join us for an in-person Barwell occupier morning
Barwell Business Park is inviting all occupiers to attend a “Meet the Neighbour” morning social and networking event on 12 October.
Come and enjoy a coffee and meet the Barwell and Aviva management along with the PR team and network with other businesses on the park. Tours of the recently-refurbished Unit 50 will also be available.
Aviva Asset Manager, Hannah Hunter, said: “We are really looking forward to this event as an opportunity to connect in-person with our occupiers after the lockdowns and to discussing and demonstrating the many improvements we have made throughout the coronavirus pandemic, many of which focus on sustainability.”
If you would like to attend the event, which runs from 8.30am-10am, contact Amy Crawford acrawford@wlcreative.org.uk
Our COVID-19 Commitment – working together to protect us all
We want to make it as easy as possible for anyone to attend the ‘Meet the Neighbour’ event and we will use a common-sense approach to ensure you can visit our events with confidence. Your safety and that of our attendees, partners, exhibitors, contractors and staff is our highest priority.
For enhanced safety, and peace of mind, organiser White Label has introduced additional measures and we ask everyone attending to adhere to our COVID-19 Commitment, which outlines the measures in place before, upon arrival and during the event, to ensure you can attend with confidence.
In line with the latest government guidance, we have taken the decision to verify attendee’s COVID-19 status on arrival at the event. This will mean all attendees will be required to demonstrate proof of COVID-19 status for entry to the event. This will need to be one of the following:
a) Proof of completion of a full course of vaccination via the NHS COVID Pass (please note – this app is different to the NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace app). Your second vaccination must have been at least 14 days before the date of the event.
OR
b) Lateral flow or PCR negative test result text or e-mail, received within 48 hours prior to the event. We will require proof of the NHS email or text, or proof of the result on the NHS COVID Pass app. The fastest way to report your Lateral Flow Test result is online. We will not accept the physical test or a photo of the test.
OR
c) Proof of immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
All attendees must be prepared to show proof of one of the above to gain entry to the event.
All attendees must agree NOT to attend if they answer YES to any of the following questions:
Are you feeling unwell, including a high temperature, new continuous cough and a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste?
Are you currently required to isolate following a visit to an area or country where quarantine is required upon return?
Have you been told to self-isolate by a government test and trace service?
Is anyone in your household suffering with COVID-19 symptoms?
Have you been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or anyone who has been showing symptoms?
If you develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event, you must leave immediately.
Additional Safety Measures
Where possible, White Label will arrange the seating at the event to ensure there is adequate space between attendees and encourage social distancing.
Attendees are encouraged to regularly wash their hands and make use of the sanitiser available throughout venues. Each venue White Label uses has regular cleaning regimes throughout.
While the wearing of face masks is no longer mandatory, we encourage visitors, partners, exhibitors, contractors and staff to take personal responsibility with regards to wearing a face covering. We do however recognise there are circumstances preventing people from wearing a face covering and, being mindful and respectful of this, staff will not challenge or ask for evidence from visitors who advise they cannot wear a face covering or who make the personal choice not to. We hope all will be equally respectful.
Please use card or contactless payments when making a purchase, and maintain social distancing where possible.
