12 Jul Kingston Business Expo a great success for Barwell

Barwell Business Park would like to thank all those who came to visit us on our stand at Kingston Business Expo.

Our team enjoyed meeting the many businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations during the 23 June event at Kingston Business School.

We enjoyed meeting education providers from Epsom’s Nescot College, Kingston College and Kingston University, and hearing how Barwell can support young people in the area.

We are also looking forward to a visit from bee experts later this summer to discuss the possibility of beehives at Barwell and the production of honey.

Congratulations to staff from HSBC and the Department for Work and Pensions who won the business card raffle and received a bottle of Champagne.

Barwell Business Park Asset Manager, Ken Butcher, said: “We had a great day meeting businesses and organisations from the borough and beyond, and strengthening our relationships with the wider community.”

Kingston Business Expo has grown year on year and is now recognised as the largest business networking opportunity in south west London. Held online for 2020 and 2021, it was back in-person for 2022.

The event featured more than 40 exhibitors, key speakers, seminars, breakfast and speed networking.
