19 Sep Marathon CEO leads phenomenal 300% company growth in a year

Marathon’s CEO Iain Maclean took up his position a year ago – and since then the company has grown by 300% and doubled its workforce.

In his latest company blog post, he said taking on more employees “has been a slightly surreal experience given that we have done so more at arms’ length than we would normally like”.

He added: “It was great to be able to get most of our team together at long last in our new flagship office in Chessington in July to be able to cement newfound connections face to face.

“As well as new faces, we have some stories of growth within the team, where existing team members have stepped up to new challenges and taken on new responsibilities. We will be sharing more on these in the coming weeks.”
