As United Business Group continues to go from strength to strength, a new sales team has been appointed, headed up by Toby Hales.

Toby has spent the last five years as the New Business Sales director at SCC Document Services and started with United Business Group on 5 October.

His Chief Sales Officer role was created by United Business Group owner, Terry Woods, to help the company with its future growth strategy.

Toby said: “The marketplace understandably has been in a state of flux over the last six months, with many businesses understandably focussed on consolidating rather than growth. Very few were looking at the future, just survival.

“United Business Group, however, were only focused on the future, with a transparent and unwavering ambition to grow the business by providing the latest in technology services to its customers – the opportunity to join the team and be part of the growth were both rare ones I couldn’t refuse!

“Our strategy will be built around the ‘customer’. The impact of COVID-19 has for many sped up the digital agenda and the need for cloud-hosted services to enable mobility and security for the end user. We recognise the workplace is changing daily and our agility will enable us to keep our customers at the forefront or workplace technology.”
