Coughlans’ new vegan bacon turnover has won acclaim from customers.

The bakery garnered great social media coverage after partnering with plant-based food company, THIS.UK to launch the new vegan product.

Coughlans tweeted: “We so excited to announce our collaboration with the brilliant team at THIS.UK to bring you our new vegan bacon, cheese and roasted tomato turnover.”

Once customer described Coughlans as “peerless” and another as “the best for us vegans, they really have it all”.

The bakery was also asking its customers to support free meals for children in the school holidays by buying a post-it note to stick in the window and gift a meal to a family in need.
