Coughlans has launched “the best Christmas sandwich ever”.
With cranberry, mustard, gravy, This.uk “chicken”, apricot and walnut stuffing on delicious sourdough which is then grilled, the sandwich is plant-based and vegan-friendly.
If you’re planning a vegan Christmas, there’s plenty of choice at Coughlans. Two varieties of vegan wellingtons are available in-store in freezer units – the vegan beef, mushroom and bacon wellington, and a vegan sausagemeat with apricot and walnuts.
There’s also Christmas puddings packed with fruit, spices and steeped in rum, Yule logs, gingerbread, mince pies and cupcakes – all dairy free and plant based.
