05 Apr The Juice Smith launches new seasonal menu
The Juice Smith has launched it new spring menu, a change enabling the restaurant to serve fresh seasonal ingredients.
New dishes include a Cashew Cream Cheese Bagel with salt-baked ruby and golden beetroot; the Breakfast Burrito with wild mushroom, tofu, spinach, black beans, smoky salsa and avocado; a Super Green Salad with asparagus, broccoli, rocket, baby spinach, mangetout, edamame and superseeds.
Executive Head Chef, John Sandels, created the new menu.
Earlier this year, The Juice Smith Restaurant in Cobham, celebrated two years in business.
The company said: “2022 was a milestone year for the business. After a few years operating from our café space, navigating the pandemic and much dedication and hard work from the team, we were thrilled to open our larger restaurant, with more seating, bigger menus and a growing team.
“Since then, we have developed five seasonal plant-based menus, been certified organic by the Soil Association and been nominated for Best Vegan-Friendly Restaurant at the British Restaurant Awards.
“And we won’t be stopping there! Thank you to everyone who continues to support us. We hope to see you in the restaurant soon.”
