Unit 29 construction update: completion due Q2 2024

The construction of Unit 29 is progressing with steel work now up and completion scheduled for April 2024.

The 24,510 sq ft unit will offer an energy-efficient, modern warehouse/industrial unit targeting an EPC rating of B, with triple glazed windows, insulated roof, LED lighting, new WC and shower facilities, kitchen area and main reception, along with three loading doors and electric charging points.

Unit 29 offers a high-quality space at Barwell and benefits from the Park’s excellent access to both the M25 Junction 9 to the south and the A3 to the north, along with close proximity to Chessington South railway station offering access to central London in 35 minutes.
