Progress on unit 29 september

Unit 29 update: outer brickwork and new windows now in place

After steel work went up last month, construction is progressing noticeably on Unit 29, with outer brickwork going up and new windows going in.

We are well on track to complete construction of the premises by April 2024.

The 24,510 sq. ft industrial / warehouse unit will offer an energy-efficient, modern warehouse/industrial unit targeting an EPC rating of B, with triple glazed windows, insulated roof, LED lighting, new WC and shower facilities, kitchen area and main reception, along with three loading doors and electric charging points.

Unit 29 benefits from the Park’s excellent access to both the M25 at Junction 9 to the south and the A3 to the north, along with close proximity to Chessington South railway station offering services to London Waterloo within 36 minutes.
