United Business Group has announced a merger with Paralogic, while at the same time becoming employee-owned.
As of 3 February, both companies have joined forces to became Futera, with a mission to deliver “exceptional customer experience” and “the UK’s most comprehensive, high-quality tech services” and in doing so, building “lasting relationships that drive long term success.”
Explaining the decision, the company said: “United Business Group and Paralogic have been proud to deliver excellent services over the years and we feel that now is the time to change. We’re consolidating our different businesses into one larger technology services business in order to bring you more value, a wider scope of services and an even better customer experience!
